Only defective merchandise can be returned within Fifteen (15) days from date of delivery. Change of mind is not a valid reason for return and exchange. Please be informed of these terms and conditions:

An item is considered defective when a part of or the whole machine cannot function according to its use and design. A missing part is considered replaceable only if it is reported within 7 days upon receipt of the product. If an item or a part is defective, customer shall call the representative or branch where the purchase was made. An Authorized Service Technician shall visit the customer’s house and do an evaluation of the defective product. If the defective merchandise meets the criteria for replacement, the merchandise will be replaced with the same item or a different item with the same or higher amount. Price difference will be paid by the customer for the exchange. The following must be returned together with the defective merchandise: Sales Invoice Manuals and all accessories in good condition Mishandling like dropping the machine; applying extreme force on the controls or buttons; forcibly pushing the machine in a narrow space or placing it in an open area where water or rain may damage the item, is not a reason for return or exchange. This shall constitute a repair where user shall be accountable for the expense of the repair. For items purchased online and outside of service area, customer shall ship back the product at his own expense. Replacement shall be shipped back within seven (7) working days or as advised.


Refunds are allowed within 15 days of purchase but only if the item purchased is defective. Change of mind is not an accepted reason for refund. All amounts to be refunded will be made in the same method of payment as was made to purchase the item. For purchases made in cash, refunds will be made by corporate check. Amount to be Refunded will be processed upon Johnson Fitness’ receiving the product back and inspection is completed.
