Delivery & Installation

We offer two installation options for your equipment:

Option 1: DIY Installation
All equipment is delivered in its original packaging and includes a detailed assembly manual for customers who prefer to assemble the unit themselves.

Option 2: Professional Installation
For added convenience, you may choose installation by an authorized Johnson Fitness and Wellness technician. Installation services are available for an additional fee, with charges varying based on your location.

If you select professional installation, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable installation schedule.

Shipping Methods

FREE Store Pick-up

Our products are packed in boxes so they can fit in your car. You may book a store pick-up schedule with our retail sales consultant so we can prepare the package and you can bring home your equipment, free of charge.

FREE Warehouse Pick-up

Since stocks in our stores are limited, we have other units stored in our warehouse. After completing your purchase from our retail channels, you may also opt to collect your order from the Johnson Fitness and Wellness Warehouse at 1 Caparas Street Barangay Ugong, Pasig City 1604.

Standard Delivery

We can arrange the delivery to your doorstop, too. Rates and timelines may vary per location and load.
