Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
An item is considered defective or damaged when a part of or the whole machine cannot function according to its use and design.
Johnson Fitness and Wellness reserves the right to reject returns and exchanges that did not meet these standards.
Returns
We have a seven-day return policy for items to be proven defective upon delivery. Change of mind is not a valid reason for return and exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to present your receipt or proof of purchase so make sure that it has not been tampered with.
To return an order, kindly notify us via email at info.johnsonfitness@gmail.com within seven (7) calendar days from your date of receipt. Please include your proof of purchase and photos/videos of the issue for evaluation.
Once we qualify your return, we will inform you of the next steps. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Exchanges
If the defective product qualifies for replacement, we will provide you with the same item. Alternatively, you may choose a different item with the same value or higher, and you will need to cover the price difference. However, if the replacement item is lower in value, the price difference will be forfeited.
Courier costs to and from our warehouse will also be shouldered by the customer.
