Cancellation Policy
All orders placed with Johnson Fitness & Wellness Philippines are final and non-cancellable once confirmed.
We do not accept cancellation requests for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind or incorrect item selection. Customers are advised to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase.
Requests for returns, replacements, or exchanges are governed solely by our Returns and Refund Policy and are limited to items proven to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
An item is considered defective or damaged when a part of or the whole machine cannot function according to its use and design.
Johnson Fitness and Wellness reserves the right to reject returns and exchanges that did not meet these standards.
Returns
Returns are strictly limited to items that are confirmed to be defective or damaged upon delivery. Change of mind, incorrect item selection, or any other reason is not valid grounds for return or exchange.
All return requests are subject to evaluation and approval by the Johnson Fitness & Wellness Philippines team. We reserve the right to inspect and verify the reported issue before approving any return.
To be eligible for return evaluation, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with complete accessories, manuals, tags, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase must also be presented and must not be tampered with.
To request a return, you must notify us via email at info.johnsonfitness@gmail.com within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt. Please include your proof of purchase along with clear photos and/or videos showing the reported damage or defect for assessment.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Johnson Fitness & Wellness Philippines does not offer refunds under any circumstances. We strictly provide replacement of items that are confirmed to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
If an item is found to be defective and qualifies under our Returns Policy, we will replace it with the same item. If the same item is unavailable, you may choose a different item of equal or higher value, subject to payment of any price difference. If the replacement item is of lower value, the price difference will be forfeited.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind
Incorrect item selection
Failure to read product specifications
Delays caused by courier or third-party service providers
Shipping, delivery, installation, and other service-related fees are non-refundable.
Johnson Fitness & Wellness Philippines reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet the conditions stated in our Returns Policy.
Exchanges
If the defective product qualifies for replacement, we will provide you with the same item. Alternatively, you may choose a different item with the same value or higher, and you will need to cover the price difference. However, if the replacement item is lower in value, the price difference will be forfeited.
Courier costs to and from our warehouse will also be shouldered by the customer.
